Tang Itching..Help!

Had a blue tang quarantined in qt tank with copper for 4 weeks after I purchased him to be safe. I put him in my 90 gallon last night and he is itching here and there in the rocks. Could this be just irritation from 4 weeks of copper or is this ich.......no spots yet. Water parameters perfect! HELP!!!!

WOW, today must be fish itching day. Somone else posted the same problem.

I would just watch for white spots but not do anything at this time. He may just be itching, they do that a lot!

My blue regal scratches everyday when I am watching her and she has been doing this for the past 5 months. It is just an itch.
