tang nipped the crocea

Iv had a yellow tang for over a year now and a crocea for over a month, Just yesterday the tang started to nip the clam and now the clam tries to open, however the tang watches it and goes to nip when it comes out, Iv been feeding the tang and everyother fish in the tank has a full stomach, what should i do?

you need to pick one or the other and fast. now that the tang has started, he will kill the clam or worse, the clam will snap shut and both will die.

I've had the same problem and I made a shield cutting a trasparent bottle of water,I did some holes so the water can pass by and I put it on the crocea.
Now the clam looks happy and the tangs only pick the plastic shield
It's wierd in my tank I've also maximas ,but my tangs pick only the crocea....
