Tang with pimple

Please help me identify this spot on my Kole tang's tail. I searched the internet for fish diseases and parasites but came up with no match. I am not sure if this fish should be treated or not. The tang appears to be healthy now and through the three week quarantine. I can try to catch the tang from the display tank and return it to quarantine but this could be more stress that is not needed. Any suggestion?

:worried:

Thanks!

All, Thanks for the quick reply. I think I cannot avoid removing the tang from the display at this point. A FW dip and treatment will require a return to the quarantine tank.

The fish has been with me for about a month and the tail did have some different color suggesting something might be off but now it has become more noticeable. The fish appears healthy but has not tried to eat the green hair algae in my tank. Pellet and frozen food accepted enthusiastically. I also have a Midas Blenny, Clown and firefish in my reef tank. Should I treat all the fish if the FW dip shows positive?

All of the fish will need to be treated. Some have treated the main with Prazi. I personally have not done it...too much of a chicken.
