tangs and seagrasses

I've got a question regarding seagrasses and tangs. I'm in the process of setting up an ATS-driven tank with sea grasses on one end, and a small liverock bommie on the other for some corals. I would love to have a tang again, but I worry that any type of tang or foxface would mow down the seagrasses. I don't plan to add the grasses till my sand bed is established and rich with organic material. Are there any tangs that will leave the grasses alone? I don't mind it grazing off any epiphytic algae, so long as the grasses are ok. perhaps a rasper like a kole?

A kole tang or other member of that genus would be the only ones that might not think of the Sea Grass as salad
