I have a four foot 120 gal. and I won't even think of adding any tang. they are easily stressed and prone to ich. they need room and lots of it. there are so many choices of beautiful fish that are far less trouble. I love tangs but imo anything less than six feet is just a crap shoot. yes, some can be kept in a 75, but look in the disease section and most problems are with tangs.
