Tangs

So what I am reading its kinda up to my preference as far as which one I like the most. Which ones would you all recommend to stay away from?

If you want to only have one tang, I think a purple is a pretty good option in either of your tanks.

There really aren't any naso or acanthurus tangs that would fit will in a 92 or 120, and a larger zebrasoma like a sailfin wouldn't work either.

People have listed some really good options for you though.

No not really. Majority of tangs shouldn't be housed in a 120 if its 4'.

Kole and tomini are personally the only 2 I would ever consider adding to a 120 fat boy. Even though its been said I wouldn't even do purple, yellow or chevron.

Sure, they are great fish, but one of the biggest Tangs in the hobby! They need a 10' long tank, not a 4'.

I agree they would need a 10' tank as an adult, starting as a juvenile a 4' would be fine. This hobby is a sickness and everyone eventually upgrades to a larger tank :)
