softies need at least 4W per gallon, an actinic light will give more irredescent colors in combination with whatever light source you choose. :)

Generally speaking, shrooms are the least light demanding coral IMO. If you want to keep corals, you're going to need more wattage. JMO
 
I wouldn't really go by the watts per gallon rule. Sometimes it doesn't work out as well as you'd like.
I haven't been on this website for a little while but last time I was here people were telling me I should pay more attention to the depth penetration potential of my bulbs.

i very much agree that they don't need much light at all but still need enough, and them streching like that means they are tring to get more.
 
they'll live with 130 watts if that's your concern. But for a 120 gal, you should definitely consider something a little stronger. Most people would go max tank size at 30-40 gal with 130 watts. Again, but depth penetration being your biggest consideration. With that little lighting and that size tank, you really won't be able to keep much else.
