Tank Check- Everything O.K.?

Does my tank have sufficient light and flow for a RBTA? I will also feed it regularly to help off-set the low light levels. By the way, the P.C.'s are 8" from the waters surface, and there is no shield between the bulbs and the tank. Specs are below.

How long has your tank been running? What are your current water parameters. Note that it says current, as in within the last 48 hours. IF you tank is relatively new( 6months or less) your water is not going to stay stable enough for an anemone.
