just to clarify things, i've been in the hobby a few years now and was fully aware of the risk i was taking. yes, i should've known better but i was busy with work and didn't have time to find them a proper home. my prized corals are gone now, and there's no one to blame but myself. nothing left to do but start from square one. thanks all.

The smaller the tank the faster BAD things happen. How about adding a small overflow and a 100 gal sump
