Tank designs for keeping an octo?

I would like to have an acrylic tank made specifically for an octo.

Does anyone have any good sure fire designs to keep an octo secure inside?

I am thinking of having the display with a sump and skimmer.

So I would have a drain, and then a return pump in the sump with a skimmer down there.

put a closing/lockin tight fitting lid on it with vent holes smaller then his beak, silicone some acrylic over the top of the overflow box so water comes in the slots only and you shouldn't have any problems.

this is what i did for my octo tank.

This is what I did: I made stripes of artificial truf just a bit longer then it tentacles and silicone them to all four sides of the tank at the top. When the octo tries to climb out it can not get a firm hold and backs off. I had my tank like that for 9 mos and never once did it climb out with an open top.
