tank emergency!!!

so my roomate just broke his center brace for his 125... is there anything he can do to repair it or possibly replace the whole top brace? any help would be incredibly important... it happened while he was filling his tank so it only has 30 gallons in it....

most lfs can get new top braces but if it just cracked and still their i would get some 1/4 acrylic and silicon it to the old one and get some of those plastic screws and screw it on also.

Definalty screw it like reef2 mentioned. If the glue pops its quite scary to see your tank bulge out in a fraction of a second.
