I have a deep blue 74 gallon reef ready tank and stand (the red wood one) in my garage (24x24x30, low iron glass). It's been sitting in my garage since my last setup was taken down when I moved. It was fine when it was torn down, but I'm never going to get it back up and running, and i could do with the space in my garage. Yes it comes with the overflow kit.
