tank growth

I have had my tank up for a few weeks now and seem to have a LOT of tiny teenie little white things crawling on the inside of the glass. There seem to be hundreds of them. Anyone have any ideas?

They kind of resemble little fleas? I have no clue what they are.

Amphipods and or Copepods in all likelihood. As said above, very good things to have.
