Tank hood overheating

Hi all,

Little question here, My stock tank came with a 11w 8000k PC bulb under the hood of my 10g nano. This not being good enough, I upgraded to a 50/50 24W PC, and have recently added a second.

Obviously this has made the hood quite hot.. There is no fan setup at the moment to draw cold air in or blow it out..

Heres the thing.. I have ordered 2 60mm computer fans and I am going to fit them, but what do yous think would be best to keep under the hood cool? the both of them drawing cold air in? or 1 in and 1 out ? or both out ?

how do you run the wiring for computer fans? i'm going to be building a hood and i'm sure heat is going to be a problem.
