Tank just does not look healthy

I thought of something else just to throw in the mix: stray voltage in the water.

Probably unlikely, just trying to cover bases. I like your nitrate theory too. Water changes won't hurt either. The corals you mentioned are pretty tough, so don't get too worried yet.

Seems to me like your corals are starving... Feed heavy and let the tank get dirty. If you have been doing consistent water changes I say skip the next one. I would also say keep it simple and only run the skimmer for filtration. I would also keep Alk lower and target an 8 ish.

I'm betting lack of light or lack of food/nutrients. Personally, I don't think 2 XR15s are enough for a 90 gallon tank. Maybe 2 XR30s but not 15s

I also think you need to feed more. The BK skimmer is super efficient! Remove the filter socks and feed your fish heavy. Watch your Nitrate and Phosphate levels. I keep my Nitrate around 4ppm and the phosphate around .08ppm.

I may have missed it but I see no mention of using RO/DI for water changes and top off's. With the mention of chlorine/chloramines present I would also check to insure the use of the correct membrane for this type of application.

Thanks everyone for your responses.

My 90 is 36wx24d not 48"w. I think 2 15s are more than enough. Too much when turned up. I have been playing with colors\intensity slowly over the last few months.
This is also why I use mp10s and not 40s.

I feed pretty heavy. I have a Apex feeder that goes off at noon(2 turns), and at 7pm The apex goes off(1 turn) and I feed 1 cube of mysis and 1 cube of brine(strained). Fish are definitely not starving.

I did get oysterfeast yesterday and I will feed the corals(very little) as I dont want to turn things around and now have an algae issue.

I am still thinking Nitrates. I didnt realize my test had expired and I am getting no reading. I doubt I have 0 nitrates.

RO\DI is with a 7 stage filter. 2 sedement, 2 carbon, 2 DI and the RO. All filters were changed in October. Still at 0 reading. I change filters every 6 months.

ATO is with the RO water and ATO off the Apex.

Did you say you were using Gfo? I had some sps problems a while back and stopped using Gfo. It did take some time but after a month or so everything started to look better and now I'm getting good growth.

So each fixture needs to adequately cover an 18x24 area? The 30s have a tough time doing this. Successful LED lit tanks tend to use more fixtures than the manufacture claims is needed.

I tried LEDs for over 3 years. I don't even remember how many brands I messed around with including the Radion. My tanks always just seemed "off" to me. I don't fully blame the LEDs but they certainly didn't help IMO. That's not to say LEDs don't work, they do. It just tends to take more than people think. They also need to be mounted higher than normal to get better spread and less shadowing.

You must be willing to think outside the box to solve this problem. Everything is a possibility here. One thing to check is your wetsides of the MP10s. See if the magnet casing has cracked and you have rusty magnets.
