tank mounts for light fixtures

Anybody here fab an acrylic tank mount system for light pendants?
In this case, can't hang the lights, and can't use a light tree.

The scaffolding has to sit on the tank, and the lights sit on or hang from the scaffolding. Feedback appreciated. TIA.

i've seen a few pictures of this on the site somewhere. I will also be doing this for my LED build. If you are wondering if it has been done/can be done, well it has/can.
