Tank Raised Clowns

I have owned a couple so far and they always seem very lethargic like. They almost seem kinda slow or something. I know that sounds weird, but I always have a hard time getting them to eat. They just swim in the corner all day. Any suggestions.

I don't know what to tell you about your slow clowns. I have one ORA picasso and a SA bred clown and they are constantly flying around the tank. The picasso I have had for a couple of years and she swims around and plays in the vortech flow the entire day. Also the clowns are huge eaters - I feed the tank primarily NLS pellets, but also throw in PE mysis shrimp. The rest of the time the clowns study the live rock for pod hunting. Are they swimming in the upper corners of your tank? Sometimes it could mean your tank water isn't very oxygenated, so they congregate in the highest reaches of your tank. Are there other tankmates with them that are stressing them out (i.e. predatory fish)? I QT everything, and the clowns were no exception. They were eating with gusto from the beginning.
