Tank Setup for a Mantis

Hi all,
I have been kicking around the idea of setting up an Eclipse 6 for a Mantis, and was wondering what you all are doing for filtration, lighting, circulation, etc.

Do most of you use a DSB, or crushed coral? How about LR?

Any info you could all give me would be great.

i have -

tanks - 2 - 20x14x16 all glass tanks.
lights - 1 marine glow - 1 power glow
filters - 1 fluval 403 cannister on each tank

i have 3 large peices of lr and a 6 inch fine crushed coral sandbed in each tank.

i used to keep a mantis in an eclipse and many still do, as long as its not a huge mantis it should be ok, your common sense can work it out.
if it looks to big to be in the tank, it is to big to be in the tank.

go get one!
