Tank size for a Blue Line Clownfish

Hi,
I was wondering what size tank you think a small Amphiprion Chrysopterus (Blue Line Clownfish) needs? I was hoping to put it into a 12 gallon nanocube with a BTA. I'm planning on getting a larger tank in a year or so at which time I guess I would put it in there then.

Thank you for any advice,
Patrick

I wouldnt go anything smaller than a 40. chrysopterus stress very easily and your nano wont give it enough room to feel comfortable. I have also noticed that they do like to be moved. I had a pair that did great through QT and as soon as I moved them they had a relapse and withered away. wait till you have an appropriate tank.

^^+1.

They're just too big and easily stressed for a smaller tank. A three foot may be ok but I wouldn't be comfortable with one in a 58ish gallon.
