tank size VS water Stablebility

I'm still try to get all of the stuff together before I even attempt to setup a tank. I have a some tanks sitting empty. I wanted to know if there would be a big different between a 20 gallon long, a 25 cube, and I have a 55 that is freshwater that I could move fish around to make it empty. I'm not looking to do a lot of fish. So my question is would the amount of water in each of these tanks make that much more work to keep stable or what. I'm thinking about 1 or 2 small fish and Corals.

A 55 should be a lot more stable than a 25 cube. The only problem with a 55 is that it's such a skinny tank. That makes it difficult to do anything but a big pile with the rocks.

Well I think im going with the 25 cube. This is what I plained at first.
