To avoid conflicts with Labor Day it is looking like the date will be Sept. 23rd, that is unless all of you decide a different date.

This are the stops in no particular order as of 8/7

Jerry(ipiniowa) Pleasant Hill
Ryan(ryansholl) Des Moines/near downtown
Ryan (ZLTFUL) Elkhart
overanalyzer Urbandale ? maybe...?

I am sure there will be others chimming in as well in the next few days, i will also make posts on the greateriowareefsociety.org to see if we can draw more attention to this fun event.

Hey Ryan are you looking for advice with this bump? I have two tanks plumbed to my basement sump. Works great as long as you have a powerful enough pump. allen may still have the GenX if you need one.

Hey, JJ what about being on this tour? I think everyone should see your amazing setup. The back room is almost as impressive as the tank!

I would be happy to be part of the tour and to host a BBQ as well, but I am 60 miles north of Des Moines up by Boone on 60 Acres. Plenty of room for all sorts of shenanigans.

O/T part....I doubt I will be plumbing to the basement now but rather plumbing into my office closet right behind the tank as then I wouldn't need to worry about the 10 to 12 feet of lift I would have to get out of a pump...

Just trying to keep this from getting too far buried. We need to figure out who is participating and get the details hashed out. I would actually be happy driving up to Boone to see Joel's setup if we can get a carpool figured out, but that's just me. Hopefully we can get a few more people involved.

My 90 is still cycling but hopefully by then I will have everything moved into it. That's in two weeks, now you've got me nervous. I didn't think anyone would actually want to come all this way.

If the weather is still nice we can do a cookout for lunch or dinner. Jeremy, there could be shenanigans going on.
