Tank tour - still June 11?

Is the Tank Tour still set for June 11 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.? I haven't heard anything, I am so hoping it is still on the calendar...

I was planning some "scheduled events" for anyone interested.. like the 7 minute (65 gallon) water change at 1:30, feeding the tangs at 2:00, feeding frozen food at 3:00 etc. Lights out with display of coral flouresence at 5:30. http://www.bluezooaquatics.com/resources.asp?show=25

I will also be selling 5-6 large frags from my prolific toadstool mushroom for $20 if anyone wants one. (Cut from the Momma while you wait) If anyone needs carbon, I will have some large containers available. PM for details and I will hold for you.

Is anybody else on the tour offering a special event to the visiting members? Any frag sales being offered?

I have not heard anything to the contrary on the tank tour. I believe Mike was heading it up, and there were some tornadoes this past week that would have come awfully close to his house. I've received no response to PM's or calls. Hopefully, he's just away for a bit and nothing disastrous has happened.

I don't have anything special scheduled, but I will be selling a few frags and the fish in my 75g tank. They include a brown scopas tang, 2 very large pj cardinals, a very large bangaii cardinal, a melanuras wrasse, an algae blenny, a purple dottyback, and 2 or 3 very large peppermint shrimp. Sales will not happen the day of the tour, but if you want one, you may reserve it for the day I tear down the tank and can catch them all.

I believe its still on for this date. Mike is fine but I know he lost power during the storm

To answer OP, my halides don't come on until after 5pm, so I may have flourensent veiwing for most of the day.

As for frag deals, YES! I have frags on my frag rack looking for homes and I'm not opposed to sharing from coral colonies in the tank. In fact, I may sell them all for the right price. LOL.

I am officially removing my tanks from the tank tour. I have decided to move the seahorses into the 75g tank as they were intended, so hopefully I will be in mid tank move that weekend.
The items listed above will be for sale immediately. So as not to deter from this thread, I will open a new thread with items and prices.

Well, since the tank tour date has been moved to next month, I am going to throw my hat back in the ring. The tank will be back up and going good by then.
