I just filled my 125gal tank in my new house and now that it is full I realize that it is about 1/4" lower in the front than the back. :eek2: I am going to go under my house to lift about 3ft infront of the tank but I have to go out of town for the weekend. Should I drain the tank and wait untill I get the floor level or will it be ok for the weekend untill I can get the floor lifted?

dang that sucks
i would probabally tank out as much water as possible when you lift the floor
it should be ok if the tank equipment ie. filters power heads left off

I am probly going to level the floor, because I looked under the house and noticed that some of the supports have broken from when the previous owner had the house leveled. I have bad luck and am just a little nervous. The stand is fine I have had the tank setup for 5yrs and just moved it to my new house.

Haha, my 125 filled and I noticed the same thing, it should hold. I had mine filled for a bit and running for about a week so far.

Wopidi do you are taking a big change friend. I would empty as much water as possible. Not because of the 1/4" thats nothing.. it can happen for many reason but when you tell me you have cracked beams that need changing................

Well I dont like to take chances with that much water so I drained half of it and I am going to try and crawl under the house and resupport it and finish setting up my tank

Easier yes but still not right. I am the kind of person if your going to do something why do it half way and then have to go back and do it the right way that you should have done in the first place. So I am going to just go under and level out the floor of my house since I will have to level it out eventuly anyways. Then when I do my tank will be leaning 1/4" backwards.:rolleye1:
