Mike thanks I would like for you to give me a lesson I have a Sony DSC-F828 8 mp I can only use in auto mode. What a waste!

Greg, sorry we have made any of the recent meetings, and it sounds like your headed for surgery. Just want to wish you the best. Not sure how much work your having done, but I had major knee work done about 5 years ago. All I can say is how good it is once your healed up.
Also went thru your progress thread of your tank and I can say it is looking really sweet. Your are doing a really nice job with the construction. I wish I had diy talent like that. Keep us posted on your surgery and our thoughts are with you...

Scott,

Looks like an ACL a PCL and resurface the platella. it has been 6 months recovering from the fall and another 6months recovery from the surgery.

I hope to get some heavy work done befor I go under the knife.

OOWw..Be prepared for the Rehab, They will probably have you in there very soon after surgery. I got a cheap used wheel chair for around the house. It made it alot easier then the crutches.
Atleast I was able to do some things without help...

That will deffinetly be nice, Dawn was home my first day. After that she went to work and was home in the evenings. I believe I took a week off work, but I do have a desk job. They had me in Therapy after 2 days, light movement at first then slowly working it. They where more concerned about putting wieght on it though then moving it. So I was on crutches probably for a month or more. You are in better shape then I am and do not wiegh near as much. So the wieght thing might not be a crucial not sure.
Really good thing is though, I have had zero problems since my surgery. I do not play sports or anything so I do not put alot pressure on it. But for daily living it is great. They gave me the option to be concious and watch the surgery on a big monitor or be out. I watched the whole thing on the monitor till the end when I started to feel alittle, then they juiced me up to a nice place. Also they gave me still photos from in the knee showing the damage and repair..Originally they knocked me out to block the knee or numb the knee (leg) area....Good Luck...

I say we build you a cast of fiberglass, and cut it in half lengthwise. Epoxy on some hinges and wrap with velcro, wrap to keep it shut and tight. Then you can walk in the water, dive(sort of) and most importantly, lug heavy stuff like there was nothing wrong with you. You just might walk like Egor from Young Frankenstien- "Walk this way!". Seriously, call me if you need anything. No backrubs! Just help! OK, so I'm bored here at work. Greg, how's the tank? Did the stuff keep working? That sounds like some good stuff.

Ill have a lot of work to do here and 2 months off from work to do it in, I hope I can get it all done and have the 150 running befor I have to go back to work.
The 65 is crystal clear and looking great.
