Tank weight question

How much would a 48X18X30 tank made of 1/2 inch glass weight?

I'll be moving one this weekend and want to know how much my friends are going to hate me. It's in a basement now and I live on the second floor.

Also, the 900+ pounds of water in my second floor apartment is making me worry a little. It will be next to the outside wall, so at least I know that is load bearing. I will set it perpendicular to the cross beams....that should be able to support 1200-1300lbs, right? right?!?!

I'm not sure about the exact weight, but my tank is close to those dimensions and glass thickness and I lowered mine down into my basement with just my 5ft wife to help stabilize the handles of a dolly going down the stairs. Later got it up on the stand by myself. So, shouldn't be that big a deal for more than one person.

Thanks, that's not as bad as I thought.

Now I just have to figure out how to stack my rock higher. I might have to get rid of all my little pieces and get some more big rock.

I guarantee its not as heavy as that 200 I`ve moved from upstairs to down stairs then out to the yard 3 times and then gone thanks to Steve the guy I gave it to .My freinds are happy I got rid of that thing for sure . I like the new tank 125 two people can move it easaly you have to come and see it it looks great.
