Tankmate For Clowns

I have a 20g that I'm currently trying to get two false perculas to spawn in; it currently is a display tank right next to my bed, so I want it to be a bit more diverse than just the two clowns. The three fish I was trying to decide between are a Green Clown Goby, Court Jester Goby or Hector's Goby (yes, I've decided I want a green goby of some sort). I can only pick one, which one would you guys recogmend, but remember, number 1 priority is clown spawning.

If you want the clownfish to spawn, it would be better not to include any tankmates in a 20 gal. If the clowns feel the slightest threat or are not comfortable with their environment, they will not spawn.
