Tanks are Running!!

So does this mean that the day after X-mas we are all gathering at the igloo for a live rock placement party?

I'll bring the tequila if you make the gaucamole.

That sounds like code for something naughty..........

I'm not asking, and you dont have to tell......I'm just saying what it sounds like....

Hope you feel better soon Dave....

:eek1: WOW It was feeling a little colder out. Never thought that it meant Nooks tanks had water! figured it was just that time of year.

I see things are going well. Seems like your well on your way. BTW did you find good homes for all your dustbunnypods.

That tank is awesome! I cant wait to see it again in person. Please post pics of the skimmer running once the tanks get saltwater.

Do you have the skimmer going with the live rock?

Nope, don't want to get it dirty yet:D I am also still waiting for the needlewheel pump from Sequence....they have to build them after you order them which I think is crazy:(

I also need to find my Iwaki 40RLT that I misplaced or buy another one to use as a feed pump. I am just doing 150g water changes on the liverock every few days for the curing process...quickest and most effective way to decrease ammonia/nitrite.

That's a lot more labor then having that bad boy skimmer do the labor for you.

I've got one doing a whole lot of nothing at the moment.....you can borrow it or buy it from me if you like.....either, way, you're welcome to use it if you'd like.

Looking good.

Not sure I would want to have to do water changes or tank cleaning, but that will be a hell of a setup.

I would also start worrying, something bad MUST happen since nothing leaks, no one is that lucky.
