target feeding

i've heard many people use turkey basters to target feed anemones, etc. i have a 44g corner at the office, and even if i use a turkey baster, i have to stand on a chair and get my arm in it up to the arm pit!

has anyone tried butting the tip and bulb off a baster and gluing them on to a 1/2" lift tube or something?

i'm sure somebody has already figured this out--save me the heckling from my wife as i cut six basters and $20 worth of tubing (and two fingers) to shreds...

thanks!

I have a 45 hex which is the same depth andI have to stand on a chair also with my hand/arm in the tank. If you want to avoid that I guess you could look for a longer baster. I don't like it much either, I have a 120 that is 2ft deep and on a stand that is 3ft deep, so I have to do the same with it when I target feed the nems.
