Richard Rocks - Best Customer Service Hands-Down
Just had to state for the record that TBS, officially, has the best customer service I have ever dealt with in this hobby. My smaller tank was a bit@h to cycle and I lost a lot of inverts. It was heartbreaking to see all the color evaporate from the tank, but Richard came to the rescue. He offered to help me out and replace some of the lost life.
I need to take some pics, but my tank is stable now with 0 ammonia and 0 nitrates. The two clownfish I bought a week ago are very happy in their new home.
I will continue to spread the good word about TBS and the extra efforts Richard goes to in order to please customers!
