TBS Retail store?

Went by today. All locked up tight. Called 10-15 times and no answer. Went to CompUSA for a little and came back again around 1:20, still locked up tight. Still no answer on the phones.

What's the deal? I made an hour round trip to go see the store and they aren't even there on the 1 day they're open? And not answering phones?

Sorry for not being there...we were on the way back from the keys with a load of rock, as we cannot dive the Gulf here, so we have to make a 750 mile round trip to the keys to collect rock.

We have been open Saturdays 12-5 for years, but we are now not going to be able to staff the warehouse on Saturdays anymore.

If you live locally and wish to purchase a Package, fill out online order form with comments and we will arrange delivery.

Sorry for your wasted trip but is beyond our control now as we are being forced to make 2-3 trips a week to the keys to collect rock.

If you know you aren't going to be around, then at least change the msg on your machine or your website or something.

I think it's very bad business practice to advertise business hours and then knowingly not be there.

No, I don't need the package right now, but did want to buy a few cool things for my smaller tank. I'll obviously be shopping elsewhere now.

Sorry, is being changed today, we were out of town in the keys collecting rock.

we apologize....but we are in difficult times now have to travel thousands of miles a week to keep rock in stock, things may change but has to be this way right now.

When are you going to start diving in the Gulf again? According to Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Honeymoon Island is clear of the red tide as of 9/14.

First sorry to hear that you can't dive off the Tampa Bay side right now. But on the Up side you pass within 3 miles of my home here In Punta Gorda. I have just started cycling of my 33g and need some rock and critters.

Are you going to charge extra to deliver?

We can only deliver to the Tampa area....but there is air freight service to Ft Myers now on Southwest!

The drive to Ft Myers airport is almost as bad as driving to Tampa. 60 miles to Ft Myers airpost or 100 to your place in Tampa and no airport traffic or finding a parking place.

I was hoping that you might take a pit stop and meet you at the local gass station off jones loop rd.
