since its only been like 7-8 months since you got the membrane (unit) I think that it is your DI beads that need changing. What is the TDS after the membrane, but before the DI? If it is still relatively low, then it is your DI.
Wow, so you are getting about 50% rejection rate, not good.
DI resin should be the last canister on your unit.
I have a feeling that both are bad, if your RO membrane was still good, it should be around 5 TDS after the RO -- that is with a bad 90% rejection rate.
EDIT --- are you 100% sure that your RO membrane is correctly installed?

i would double check ur TDS.....make sure u test right out of the machine in a clean new plastic baggie.....do not use a cup or plastic container....u will get a false read
