TDS reading with RO/DI

0 would be your best reading.....
You didnt get any instruction with the unit.
I have an inline TDS meter which reads in and out water
210ppm in 0ppm out

Just looked at the instructions from my old handhelded and states
: Dip the probe into the solution to be measured. Stir gently to permit any trapped air in the probe to
escape.

ok, I have a reading of 191 in and 0 out with my new system. I had a RO unit which I added a DI. I took my system to Air, Water and Ice and they setup up my system with a new RO cartridge and DI unit. Great service. My unit under the counter is reading 22. I will get another DI/RO cartridge from Air, water and Ice.

The unit I have is two cartridges and R/O unit. They added 10 micron, a 5 micron carbon filter, 75 gal/day R/O and a D/I cartridge. I also have a 2 cartridge unit that I added a 20 and 10 micron sediment filter. I think this will be enough to supply my water needs for a year or so. I also changed the cartridges for two house units. I spent $140.00. That for 2 R/O units, one d/i and 2 filter kits for my cartridge units, TDS unit, float valve.

He, the owner, assembled the units. His shop is cool. He had all of his different units displayed on the wall. I will return to Air, water and Ice since it is close to my home and the service was outstanding.
I got the prices that were displayed on the website, www.airwaterice.com He changed the tubes and fitting on the R/O units I had for free and the auto shut-off valve.
