TDS Reading...

Ok, just got my TDS meter today and I checked our water....It read 102 going in the RODI and 2 coming out.... is 2 good??? I've heard alot people w/ 0....

If you have a 75 gpd filmtec RO membrane, that is what you should expect on the RO output (before the DI).

You need to check tap water, RO only water without DI and RO/DI combined to know if it is good or not. You should be seeing 2 or 3 from the RO only and 0 after DI I would suspect if like already mentioned you have a 75 GPD membrane. If you have a 100 GPD it may be as high as 10 or 11 with RO only but still should be 0 after DI.

the DI should bring it down to 0, but 2 tds isn't bad yet i usually change out my DI when i reach 2-5 though.
