got a lot done this weekend, as you can see.
painted the background (white)
Stand, tank, and sump in place! tubing on its way
All pumps, skimmers, heaters, and powerheads connected to my surge protector and all tubing complete!

clean the rocks and place them in sump/aquascape the main tank. Also need to get my RO/DI set up.... i've been having some troubles finding the right part.

Is the a HOB overflow or is it drilled?

I actualy took it to a window manufacture and had it drilled there for $20..... way worth it in my opinion because my dad has cracked 3 tanks before drilling them and im to nervous to try

light here and tank full with all the rock put in!
Forgot to get my hydrometer and refractometer so the salinity is low now (put in a bucket which makes 55gallons of salt) but the 1 piece of live rock that i have should survive fine......

heh thanks! ive run into a bit of a money issue o.o I have $90 to spend on a CUC, fish, coral, a refractometer, and a plumbing piece +shipping..... ill be working for more, but until i get about $500 more i wont have many fancy corals

just a little update, rocks are being epoxied and rockwork has been created! pics when i put the last piece in and the tank clears a bit

my light is on 100% and i promise you its WAY more than enough, sadly i cant get par readings, but it is insanely bright and burns my eyes a little bit to look at it when its dark o.o

pretty sure this is final. I have a leak on my overflow bulkhead, fixing that now.....
there is a very big overhang created by my only piece of liverock and a pretty nice cave system for such an open tank. Lots of tiny places to hide, loving this BRS reef saver rock!
The water is crystal clear right now which is awsome and my skimmer is already pulling out some tea colored gunk from just the rocks!

Looks like barnacle blennies would LOVE all the little holes in that rock. I really like the scape a lot. Do you have plans for a nem or anything as far as livestock goes?

not really any plans on corals, mainly zoas/palys and sps. I want a clam somewhere too. If i end up going with 1 of the 2 stocking options i will get a bta.

5-10 sexy shrimp

ORA mandarin goby
im kind of leaning towards the first choice because it feels like that might be the most lively and active stocking list.

still cant fix the leak, its in the part between the overflow and the glass (the bulkhead) any help/advice?

WELL C***... my dad just ruined my entire overflow including all tubing. Guess ill go with flex tubing and wait another week. Kinda ****ed off right now, so some nice words would be nice <3
