Tell Me it isn't gaping...

Hey everyone just had a question about my new 10" derasa. I got it on Sunday and on the trip home the bag leaked all the water out but it was still submersed because it was in a rubbermaid tub also. Anyways, so I didn't get to temp acclimate the clam and that could be why it's stressed or maybe it's mouth just naturally opens this big. What do you think? Is it gaping?

Well hopefully it isn't, but I wanted to hear it from the experts...

If it is can it still be ok? Or is it doomed?
