What does everyone use to calibrate their temperature probe?

Does SLASH have one through the HELP Program? or does anyone have one I can borrow.

I used a lab grade probe from work and compared that with a cheap digital temperature probe and a kitchen temperature probe. I was actually impressed with how close the cheap digital thermometer was.

Gotta have a lab grade in this hobby! Peace of mind and safety.

I use a lab grade digital thermometer, and a lab grade probe/steel one to calibrate the one I run in my sump all the time. How often do u guys calibrate the ones you run on your controllers? I only have one that displays with PH and TEMP, but am planning to move to an APEX on my next setup.

I usually check mine a couple times a year.

I got a digital LGT and my 2 temp probe were +1 and -2.5 Glad I checked
