temperature control switch

does anyone know if someone makes a temperature control switch. i am trying to cool my tank with fans, but i am looking for a switch the would activate the fans when the water hit a certain temp. something with a probe to go into the tank and the fans could plug directly into the switch

Ranco temperature controller. Single stage will control the fans only, dual stage will control fans and heaters.
