Temporary home for fish

I will be moving at the end of the month and need to tear down my 90 gallon main tank for the move. Currently, the only livestock I have in there are 4 blue/green chromis and 2 clown fish. Would I be okay keeping them in a 10 gallon tank with some live rock from the established tank for a few days? My plan is to transfer them to the 10 gallon, tear down the 90 and set it all back up at the new home within a few days.

I think that is going to be too many fish in too small a tank. How about a 30 gallon Brute trash can? I've got one you can borrow if you want to make the drive into Garden Grove.

That's actually a good idea. I have two trashcans I use for fresh water and mixing salt water. I can just repurpose one to hold the fish for now. Thanks!

This is what I would do.
It should be fine as long as you keep up on water changes.
