Tentative First meeting announcement

The prospective first meeting date for the Joliet Area Reef Club is September 15th at noon.
I know that there was talk of our first meeting being held at Cemeno's, but I called and there is a $35 room charge. In addition to food and we don't know how many will show, does anyone else have another idea as to where to hold the meeting?

I would be more than happy to host if no one is against driving to Coal City, a 20 min straight shot south on I55 from Joliet.
Otherwise, other ideas are welcome.

We could split it up, but I would hate for everyone to have to split the bill if only a few show. I also want to stay away from charging "admission" to cover food and drink, i think that would cause people to not come.

and why i offered! as far as food/drinks hummm to me that just a normal night out lol
anyway let me know what help you need or want im here to help get this long and awaited club going

can't wait! i just got the confirmation call from cemeno's - they are giving us a banquet room at no cost since we are a not for profit group and there was no one in there already. can't wait to see you guys!
