Terrifying Creature in Substrate

Dc, I already gave my mantis hitchhiker his own tank and name. I accidentally bonded with him...his name is montague :D

The worm will not be as lucky if I ever manage to catch it

LOL, I've had 2 mantis before. Fun little critters.

I pm'd LeslieH to see if she wanted to acquire it if you catch it. I'm not sure how you preserve them, toss in alcohol I think. She studies worms.

There's clearly only one solution: Dropping a grenade in your tank.

Quoting Wikipedia:
Armed with sharp teeth, it is known to attack with such speeds that its prey is sometimes sliced in half. Although the worm hunts for food, it is omnivorous. It is also covered in bristles that are capable of a sting that results in permanent numbness in humans.

Permanent numbness? Sheesh... sounds like you better be careful.

Haha. Yah this thing is so creepy. Have to wear some armored gloves to keep your fingers intact and from bring stung
