Test kit for Cupramine

What is the best test kit for Cupramine?
I have used the seachem one and have no results from it.
I also have used the salifert copper test kit and read some results, but I don't know how accurate.

I would insist seachem continue to send you a test kit that shows a reading when you believe it should.
at the very least, get your money back for that kit and have them recommend one that will work for their product. this problem or confusion with their kit has been going on for years.
btw: their CS is very good.

I called them about a week ago about the test kit and they sent me another powder for the kit , but still no result.

what about the test solution..if you do not get a reading from that have them send you another kit with both reagents.

I went down the road getting replacement kits directly from Seachem and after the third kit they sent me directly didn't work I just gave up on their copper test kits.

Like it said above, Red Sea.

lmk how to test with a kit that doesn't read high enough with what the copper manuf recommends for treatment? i've always been somewhat puzzled by this red sea kit recommendation

From Seachem's Website

"Keep in mind that this product is still effective as low as .20 ppm and generally safe for fish up to .80 ppm, but we recommend .50 ppm as the ideal level."

The initial dose I get it close to 0.2 ppm, then add again what I dosed to get the initial 0.2 ppm for about 0.4 ppm. No issues so far and it has worked to cure both ich and velvet.
