La Motte, salifert and a few others make iodine test kits. All of them tend to be tricky tests to perform. In seawater iodine exists primarily as iodate (IO3-), not in the molecular form as it occurs in lugol's solution. Several of the test kits claim that they measure all forms of iodine to give you a measure of the total iodine. I honestly don't know how the test kit could possibly give you such information and how valuable it actually is. Most hobbyists don't measure it and I've never known anyone to test for it frequently. With how low iodine's natural concentration is in seawater and that most foods contain plenty of it I've long since stopped dosing it myself.
