i just bought a nitrate test kit if it gets 0 or reasonable preambters will i be able to slowly put corals in it?

Anything under 10 ppm would be fine for most corals.

There are MANY more things to consider though:
Lighting, flow, all, Ca, mg, salinity, temp, fish selection, etc.

the thing its a small ten gallon tank and i checked the solenty today and the tempture is with premitiers now the flow i got a small submersable power head doing 10x the turn over in water
