So I only have invertebrates and snails I have them in my QT cuz I was putting sand in my DT so I was thinking perfect time to check if my DT is cycled so I have dr tims ammonia drops to test the tank if my tank is properly cycled how long should it take to eventually convert to nitrates

Depends on the system, could be anywhere from 2-8 weeks total. It's best to purchase some quality test kits to determine when your tank is ready.

Red the stickies at the top of the forum in reference to a cycle to give you more advice.

What I'm am trying to ask is if my tank is cycled and I remove any living object out and put 2 drops of ammonia in tank how long should it take for the ammonia added to be cycled to nitrates

Without the size of the tank and the strength of the ammonia, it's hard to say.
However a strong cycle will process anywhere from 1-5ppm of ammonia & nitrite in 24hrs.
