I had to return a reef octopus skimmer because I messed up by not scrolling down to the right one and bought the biggest in the group. Then I ordered another Reef octopus with your tech on the phone and it appears coralvue gave the wrong foot print it was off by a full inch and therefore did not fit in my sump, thank you for taking them back without a big ordeal. I am still waiting for the credits to post but the guys did say it takes a few days. Thanks again my foot print is weird its thin 7.5" and so not much works it measures 8" across but only something 7.5" will do.
