Hi Albert,
I would like to say Thank you for sending me a new replacement for my vortech MP40W. The new one works perfect. I don't know what happened to the one i bought from you on Saturday. If I have to guess it was the power supply faulty. It was hard to belive that it failed right out the box. I already sent the old one back to vortech. All I have to say.. you have excellent customer service here. Keep up your good work. Thanks again.
