I want to say thank you for such great animals and the care you take of them. I was worried on this last order because when I opened the box and felt how cold the water was. The BTA was not looking good at all and Elegance was just as bad. I did loose the Urchin and a credit has been put on my file. I do have a question of about the Crinoid squat lobster, do these normally hide and you dont see them much? Reason I ask is because since day one I have not see it. Below are a couple of pix of the animals.

Here is a pic of a Fox Coral I got from DD about six months ago and is doing GREAT. I am going to have to frag it here soon as it is out growing it current space.

We apologize that your order arrived cold. Currently we check the nation’s weather twice daily to determine how many heat packs we should ship with each individual order. As you can understand, this is not an exact science and we strive every day to improve this procedure. We are extremely happy to see the Bubble Coral and the Elegance Corals have acclimated well to your aquarium. The Fox Coral looks great also! Regarding you question on the Crinoid Squat Lobster, in a large tank they will be difficult to see at all. They tend to hang out under corals, out of the light, most of the time. Good luck with your searching.

Gwen I dont think the cold water was all the fault of LiveAquaria as the Fedex driver never even knocked on my door, he just left the package outside and left. When I did open the box I felt a little bit of heat still within the heatpack but not much. I am guessing the water was within the 60s, but I am not worried about that now because as you can see the coral is doing great and I will be ordering more DD here soon. I do hope the lobster is still alive and has found a place behind the rock, can you tell me how big they can get?

Rod,

Their bodies can grow to be up to 2.5 cm in size when fully grown. This measurement would not include the legs.
