Some of you may recall that I was critical of MD 's return policies regarding defective merchandise in a recent thread. Today I received my replacement SCWD and it too leaked. I was able to finally figure out where the leak was coming from and get a picture of it that I forwarded to MD explaining my problem. I did this all after they had been closed for the day. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Joseph reassuring me that he would make the situation right. In my opinion, this is outstanding customer service and definately goes beyond expectations. I truly appreciate the phone call and your doing so has ensured that I will continue to do business with MD in the future. Problems are inevitable and as long as you are willing to work with me to make them right I will continue giving you my business.
