I placed my first order with Premium Aquatics a few weeks ago and really have to say how happy I am with the company. I had read good things about Premium Aquatics in the past so I decided to give them a shot.
I mainly spoke with Jason and Michelle. They have really good communication, customer service and are flexible when stuff comes up (I needed to modify my order and they made it happen effortlessly). They also do a great job packaging stuff, even the sand I ordered had air cushions in it. One of the trays I ordered did break open but only a small amount leaked out (not a big deal) and I blame UPS for that as the box looked like it took a big hit.
I also ordered 5 buckets of salt, three of them arrived damage (again at the fault of UPS). UPS actually tried to repackage two of them and salt was all over the place. I contacted Premium Aquatics about it and today I received a shipping notice for replacement buckets, they are handling the claim with UPS, I just had to take some pictures of the damage.
