A lot of times when someone posts a thank you or praises premium aquatics it usually is from new customers. I've been a loyal customer of premium aquatics for well over the last 10 years. All the praise they get here on the forums is well deserved. From answering pre-sale questions, to filling orders, to resolving issues even if the issue wasn't on their end, to post-sales support Premium Aquatics is a class-act. I think I've only had 1 issue (which wasn't their fault) and they resolved it promptly. When I ordered a Digital Aquatics RKE NET, the head unit was cracked. Instead of waiting for me to send it back to them, they immediately sent me a new headunit even before they got the defective one back.
Jeremy, I got the Vertex Alpha 250 Wednesday. The packaging was great as always. Didnt' get to upack it till last night and everything looks great. Can't wait to fire it up but need to do a few things in the sump area first.
For new customers going through the forums deciding whether or not to give PA a try, I can say through experience they are the best. You probably won't find many praise posts from frequent repeat customers as myself 'cause we already know what to expect from PA and don't think twice of ordering from them. Thank you PA and keep up the great work.
